Our commitment to accessible, eco-friendly packaging supplies

We design and maintain our site to support inclusive access to information about eco-friendly packaging supplies, custom packaging solutions, no minimum order packaging, and affordable packaging solutions for Johannesburg, Gauteng, and businesses across South Africa.

Standards we aim to meet

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across key user journeys (browsing products/services, requesting quotes, contacting support). Where full conformance is not yet possible, we prioritise fixes that unblock task completion and provide accessible alternatives on request.

Measures we take

  • Accessible design: meaningful headings, clear labels, logical focus order, sufficient colour contrast, and consistent navigation.

  • Text alternatives: alt text for informative images and icons; decorative images marked appropriately.

  • Keyboard support: all core functions are intended to be accessible via keyboard without traps.

  • Media: captions/transcripts for time-based media we publish.

  • Forms & errors: descriptive fields, programmatic labels, and helpful error messages.

  • Language & readability: plain English with South African context.

  • Continuous improvement: periodic audits and user feedback inform our backlog.

Compatibility and technical requirements

Our website is designed for modern browsers (latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile. Some older browsers or very old assistive technologies may not render all features perfectly. If you experience issues, please contact us—we’ll provide the information in an accessible alternative format.

Known limitations (and our plan)

While we work to AA conformance, you may encounter:

  • Occasional legacy PDFs still being remediated.

  • Third-party widgets (e.g., map, chat, embedded media) with varying accessibility.
     

Our plan: prioritised remediation of high-traffic content, accessible alternatives on request, and vendor escalation for third-party issues.
